The weekly meeting of the CGC2023 Central Committee was held on June 7, 2022 in the presence of Dr. Masoud Soleimani, Head of the Innovation Center for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells and the Faculty of Novel Medical Technologies of Shahid Beheshti University.

At this meeting, at the suggestion of Dr. Soleimani, the allocation of a special session CAR T-cells in cancer therapy was approved in the CGC2023 Congress. Moreover, the chairmanship of the session and the invitation of national and international key speakers of the session were assigned to him.
In the continuation of the meeting, the proposal to establish Cancer Genomics Research Center (CGRC) was presented and the generals of this plan were agreed upon. The final decision on the establishment of the CGRC was postponed to a visit to the proposed sites and further negotiations.
